Beau Henderson is the founder of RichLife Advisors, where he focuses his energy on leading clients to define & live their definition of a “rich life.”

What is Beau’s Background?
While Beau started in financial planning to make a lot of money, what he has found in his 12 years of experience along the way is that money alone does not give anyone a rich life.
Where he used to buy into the story that money and “stuff” (houses, cars, titles, etc.) equal success, worth and accomplishment, what he realized is that belief was just sold to him.
Things shifted at an appointment with a multi-millionaire, who was where Beau himself aspired to be. During the appointment Beau discovered that the man was in poor health, his wife had recently left, and his kids were no longer in contact with him – yet he hit every financial goal he had ever set. Regardless, he was one of the saddest people Beau had ever met. It was an awakening meeting the “miserable multi-millionaire.”
It was then that Beau realized he wants everyone to be a millionaire, but also to be fulfilled in life – to have a true Rich Life.
What is a Rich Life?
When Beau meets with clients now, he tells them – “Don’t focus on the money, focus on what fulfills you.”
The 1st step is to figure out your definition of a rich life. Then he works with clients to utilize their assets towards achieving that goal.
Your rich life is aligned with your purpose here on this planet, and Beau teaches that we all have different curriculum for our life purpose. He calls that curriculum Life School, and it’s based on 5 simple principles.
The 5 Principles of Life School
1.      We live in a school called life. Everything we go through – good or bad – takes us toward our life purpose IF we CHOOSE to learn from it.
2.      There are no mistakes, only valuable lessons. While we will make mistakes in our lives, we do the best we can with the information & resources we have available to us at any given time. When you find your purpose, it all makes sense.
3.      Everytime a lesson is not learned it is repeated. In school, if you fail a class, you have to repeat it. In life it might appear as a cycle of money coming into & going out of your life – until you learn the lesson. If you’re wondering why something keeps happening to you, it’s because you have not learned the lesson yet. So now the question is, “What’s the lesson I’m meant to learn?” The lesson is crucial to prepare you for what comes next.
4.      Everytime a lesson is repeated it becomes more painful. And it remains that way until you learn it. If you don’t learn, you stay stuck. Stop asking why things keep happening to you… Shift the question to what’s the lesson? It may be painful, but it’s ultimately for your good.
5.      The greatest lesson is to choose love over fear. These are the basic emotions – when you make decisions based on love, you’re moving toward what you want. Acting out of fear moves you away from it.
