The problem so many coaches are facing, however, is that they are MOSTLY or ONLY focused on STRATEGY.  

The major problem with that, and the reason nearly all coaches fail, is because in reality, the importance of these 3 elements looks like this…

Entrepreneurial STRATEGY accounts for no more than 5% of your success.  

Meaning, if you don’t have the IDENTITY and CREATIVITY of an entrepreneur, your mind and body will sabotage all your efforts, I promise.

The reason is because your IDENTITY and CREATIVITY are embodied, meaning they are in your bones.  STRATEGY is intellectual, meaning it’s only in your brain.

But the truth is, YOU have the answers & wisdom & courage & strength & lessons inside of you.  You just won’t ever be able to unleash them underneath the protective employee programming.

After all these years in this industry, seeing coaches come & go, start & quit… I’ve learned the following truth.

Anything that doesn’t start with, build around, and empower your unique gifts & talents, cannot succeed long term.  And I’ve not heard anybody say they want bursts of short term, unstable & unsustainable success.

You can either choose the path of GROWTH or COMFORT, not both.

If you’re not committed to growth, this program won’t be for you.  Neither will achieving anything else outside of your current comfort zone.  (sorry, not sorry)

But if you are committed to your growth, to paving the road toward your purpose, to serving people with your message and to being successful in the process, it’s possible.

Why most coaches ultimately fail

I’ve been focused on this question for well over a decade.  Of course, there are many variables since we’re talking about individual humans.  But if I could boil it down to one thing, it would be…

They never BECOME a creative entrepreneur.

But here’s the sad thing – everyone was BORN a creative entrepreneur.  It’s literally how we learned to walk, talk, dress ourselves, put puzzles together, etc.

The creative entrepreneur is how we spend the first several years of our lives during our formative human development.  So what happens?

We start getting programmed for protection.  Through no fault of our own, employee conditioning takes hold.  We start to fear taking risks, we search for ways to be safe, we constantly seek the “right” thing to do.  

Becoming an Entrepreneur

Any of this sound familiar?  It’s literally the process of nearly every single human as we develop.  So, you’re not alone.

This matters because BECOMING an entrepreneur is much less about learning information about sales, marketing, messaging, or any other business skills.

In fact, it has very little to do with learning any more information at all.

It’s more about UNBECOMING an employee and UNLEARNING all of the protective conditioning that’s getting in the way so that you can implement the information you already have inside you.

Coaches don’t have an information deficit problem, we have an implementation deficit problem.

And because of that, any attempt at learning new information without learning how to implement the information is, unfortunately, useless.  :-/ 

Imagine you’re in a brand new powerful boat.  It’s polished beautifully, has a full tank of gas, the ignition turned on, the motor howling, you’re ready to go.

But what you don’t know is that below the water, unseen by you, is an anchor embedded into the bottom of the ground.  How far will this boat get?

Release Your Anchor

No matter how much you rev the engine, no matter how good you are at driving the boat, and no matter how motivated you are to get up to speed, you’re not going anywhere.

Even if you put the most powerful engine ever created inside the boat, and you manage to overpower the anchor to drag it along, the boat will never go anywhere near as fast as it could otherwise go without the anchor.

Ever feel like you’re just not getting as much out of your skills or motivation that you desire & deserve?  It’s most likely because of that unseen anchor below the water.

Some of it is the entrepreneurial journey that you literally cannot know simply because it’s in the future, with many corners you can’t currently see around.

Some of it is in your own individual programming.  Values conflicts.  Belief ceilings.  Identity limitations.  Behavior patterns.  Fears.  Sabotage.  Habits.  Uncertainty.  Unknown.  

But here’s the GREAT NEWS!  Anything learned can be unlearned.  Anything that was put on you can be taken off of you.  If you were once an entrepreneur in spirit, you can once again get back to it.

It’s not about doing anything different, it’s about doing everything differently.  

Where do most programs fall short?  

Not with information, that’s for sure.  They are loaded with it.  In fact, most coaches crave more information.  

Most programs fall short in providing, promoting, facilitating and supporting embodied implementation.  

Did you know that the majority of the decisions you make are not made with your mind, but with your body?  And they’re not made based on information, but rather identity?

Filling your brain with more information isn’t the answer.  Filling your mind with more motivation isn’t the answer.  Releasing the brakes & unleashing your creator is the answer.

Information vs. Transformation

Information keeps you in-formed, meaning it keeps you in the same form, with just more intellectual stuff piled on top.

Transformation causes you to trans-form, meaning you change form.  

What you need is a change in your neurology.  I call this Neuro-Transformation™.

Entrepreneurs See the World Differently

You’ve already put in your dues.  You’ve already paid the price.  You’ve already learned the life lessons.  You’ve already developed so many of the ingredients in the recipe of an unstoppable entrepreneur.  The only thing left is to unlock it.

If you truly want to transform, you must follow a transformational recipe, 

not an informational recipe.

It’s no secret that more and more people are flooding into the coaching industry all the time.  If the expert information was really all people need, then don’t you think everyone would be succeeding?
