Mindset & Emotional MASTERY

Check out these videos from inside of our Exclusive, Group Coaching Program, The Eagles Club and watch the premiere video of my One Man Show, “I Do, Mom.”
Lighten Your Load By Letting Guilt Go
It is absolutely possible for us to release the guilt we’ve been holding onto and diminish it’s power moving forward. But in order to do that, we first need to understand it. Check out this video where you’ll learn how to get to a place where guilt is no longer preventing you from living a happy, joy-filled life.
The Importance of Taking Ignorant Action
Growth requires us to move into spaces of, and confront our relationship to, ignorance. But, NOBODY wants to feel ignorant! Most people’s dreams die inside of that Catch-22. In this video you’ll learn how to distinguish between ignorance and fear & what to do when you don’t know what to do, so you can liberate yourself and those you lead from the fear of the unknown.
Who is the BEHAVER doing the BEHAVIOR?
Reality is, most people are frustrated because they are not seeing the results they want and/or their efforts toward success are short-lived. When this happens, our resolve starts to wear thin as we question what’s wrong with us and why it feels so hard to change our habits. The problem is, we have misidentified the actual problem and are simply wrestling with what we see on the surface. In this video you’ll learn how to look below the surface and address what is really required to achieve long-term happiness & success in both your life and business.
Using Your Inner GPS
The purpose of a GPS is to help us navigate through the unfamiliar. They let us know where we are in our journey and whether we are following the best route to arrive at our intended destination. But the problem is, “There is no familiar path to an unknown territory.” Therefore, instead of relying on any external sources to validate where you are and confirm you’re going the right way, learn how to use your internal GPS to guide you on the path to your dreams.
The Truth About Trust
Trust is a critical concept to understand in relationships of any kind, including business. Can you trust people to do what they say they’ll do? Can you trust your leader to train you properly? Can you trust the company to act in your best interest? But many people misunderstand how trust actually works at the deeper levels, and that it’s much more internal than external. In this video, you’ll learn how to fall deeper into trust with yourself so you can trust the people around you.
Using Your Purpose to Overcome Obstacles
When the obstacles we face are bigger than our purpose, we will struggle to overcome. When our purpose is bigger than the obstacles, we become unstoppable. In this video you’ll learn how you can stop wrestling with the obstacles, tap into your personal purpose, and allow your passion to pull you toward your dreams.
Disruption as a Catalyst for Change
The truth is, change requires disruption of the old. We must understand that the things that are the MOST beneficial for us are usually met with significant resistance because while we have this deep soul desire to break free from our comfort zone, we also have an intellectual commitment to stay right where we are. It’s the desire bumping up against the fear that produces the disruption. Most people misinterpret the process of change and because they misinterpret the process, they mess it up. In this video you’ll learn how to shift your relationship with disruption. Instead of trying to change the rules of the game so they match your expectations, I want you to understand & embrace the rules so you can enjoy the process.
The Laws of Labels
We instinctively use labels in our everyday language. The question is, are they helpful or harmful? Well, that depends on how you’re using them. Generally, they are harmful because they don’t create a better experience in our lives. And they definitely don’t bring us together as people. I break it all down in this video.
It’s ALL Right
One of the most popular questions I get asked by entrepreneurs is, “What’s the right _____?” The right next step, the right program, the right marketing strategy, the right client, the right way to follow up…? The problem is, the question they are asking isn’t the one they REALLY want answered. If you want to experience success and the happiness that comes with the fulfillment of your goals & dreams, you won’t want to miss this conversation!
Feminine Leadership Redefined
In this video I redefine what it means to be a feminine leader. Check it out and learn how you can open yourself up to be more femininely rooted, helping you lead in a way that is authentic, in alignment with what’s most important to you, and more magnetic to the people you’re wanting to attract.
Watch My One-Man Show: I Do, Mom.
“I Do, Mom” is my first theater performance based on my painful and perfect relationship with my mom.
I bullied her in my teens, avoided her in my 20’s and healed through her in my 30’s.
It’s an entertaining, funny and intense story of misunderstood pain, misplaced anger, unconditional love, spiritual awakening and self forgiveness.
The show will help heal mother/son relationships specifically, parent/child relationships in general, and help men understand their emotions at a much deeper level.
I believe most of society’s problems are directly or indirectly caused by what I call the “masculine wound.” We are taught that emotions are a sign of weakness, not okay to discuss and certainly not okay to show. As a result, many hurting men and women hurt people they love in an effort to stay “strong” or in control. This is exactly what I did most of my life with my mother.
This show was extremely difficult to produce and perform, because I confronted the truths I wished weren’t true. That’s also why it produced the deepest healing I’ve ever experienced.
I call it “innertainment” because while I hope it entertains you, it will leave you with an internal transformation as well. I hope you enjoy it.
“Not only is Sean an exciting actor who brings his personal story to life through the characters in his one-man show, but he has the courage and conviction to share himself and his message about self-forgiveness in a way that only someone who has learned the lessons the hard way can. “I do, Mom” is poignant, powerful and honest. It’s been an honor to support Sean in developing his story into a play that moves audiences to look at their own lives, laugh out loud and feel deeply.”
