Billing

Payments: The client must provide a valid method of payment (credit card or other arranged payment method) for the purchase of products and services from MVP Success Systems, Inc. Payment plans are offered and the recurring payments are automatically charged through MVP’s online shopping cart every thirty (30) days until the payment agreement is completed. Payment plans are considered in default if the payment is not received within three (3) days of the recurring payment due date. Any billing problems or discrepancies must be brought to MVP Success Systems, Inc.’s attention within thirty (30) days from the billing date. If you do not bring them to MVP Success Systems, Inc.’s attention within thirty (30) days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies with MVP Success Systems, Inc. Termination: MVP Success Systems, Inc., may terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Change of Terms and Conditions: MVP Success Systems, Inc., reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement in accordance with our cancellation policy. For changes in subscription rates, we will always give thirty (30) days notice prior to changing rates.

Notification of Account Changes: You agree to notify us if your billing address, email address, telephone number or billing information changes.

Refund Policy: Any client purchasing products or services from MVP Success Systems, Inc. will have their credit cards charged the full amount (or the agreed to payment plan) upon agreement.

1. For cancellations requested within ninety (90) days of the billing date, your credit card will be refunded 100% of the fee charged for the purchase, assuming all products (including bonuses) are returned in good condition, and services are completely cancelled. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the products, if applicable. Refunds will not include shipping charges incurred to return the product(s).

2-Month Trial Subscriptions: You may cancel your trial subscription anytime within the first sixty (60) days and your credit card will not be charged. Simply contact our office at 805-552-4423 and leave your details in a message if the call is not answered. Please note that all cancellation requests are confirmed via email, and if you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, it is imperative that you follow up and contact our office to ensure cancellation. Cancellation requests sent to MVP Success Systems, Inc. via email cannot be guaranteed, due to deliverability issues.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your email subscription(s) at any time. Email sent from MVP Success Systems, Inc. provides a link to unsubscribe at the bottom. When leaving a message, please clearly state and spell the email address you would like to unsubscribe, as well as your name and a number where you can be reached should any questions arise.
